Move It Muscat provides moving and relocation services. The specifics of each service will be agreed upon between the client and Move It Muscat at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Booking & Payment

• All service bookings must be confirmed through the website or by contacting our customer service.
• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. The payment structure will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance (if applicable) must be settled upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the terms of the service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information about your moving requirements, including details about addresses, moving dates, and special instructions.
• You must ensure that all items to be moved are properly packed and labeled. Move It Muscat is not responsible for any damage caused by improper packing.
• You must be present or ensure that a responsible person is available during the service to provide access and confirm the completion of the job.

6. Liability

• Move It Muscat takes every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings during the move. However, we are not liable for any damages to items that were improperly packed or for damages that occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., accidents, weather conditions).
• We are not liable for any delays or failures in service caused by unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic delays, road closures, weather issues).

7. Prohibited Items

Move It Muscat does not transport:

• Hazardous materials, including but not limited to flammable, explosive, or toxic substances.
• Illegal items.
• Items of extraordinary value unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

8. Website Use

• The content of our website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
• Unauthorized use of our website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
• You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without prior written consent from Move It Muscat.
